Torre Solaria, Solea and Aria

Via Melchiorre Gioia, 7, Milano, Italy

The studio Arquitectonica has designed the entire complex consisting of three towers; the Solaria, Solea and Aria towers. Solaria tower – with its 37 floors and 143 meters height – is the tallest residential building in Italy.

In Solaria and Aria you choose to live in air with the sensation of touching the sky meaning being able to enjoy a unique and simultaneously sober and intimate privacy. The two structures of different heights, combined together in one building, offer comfortable living space and a unique view of the city. As Solaria is one of the tallest residential buildings in Milan, its residents live a stone’s throw from the sky, suspended between the sun and air.

As for Solea, the single tower, with its location and unusual architecture, characterized by its dynamic composition of forms. Sixty-nine meters high where spaces, unusual levels, insider views and transparencies become one. Residence live in the simplicity of a private villa, inspired by the architecture of Milan, and the modernity and internationality of a residential tower building.
